Mobile notary anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley
Getting documents notarized should not mean taking time off work or waiting in line. Guru2Go is a mobile notary, so we travel to you. We meet signers at homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, and even a local coffee shop, wherever is most convenient and comfortable for everyone involved.
Mobile service is especially helpful for people who have trouble getting around, families coordinating several signers, and busy professionals who need documents handled between meetings. Tell us where you are and when you are available, and we will work with you to find a time that fits.
Common requests include acknowledgments and jurats on personal paperwork, real estate and loan documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and forms for vehicles, schools, or travel. When you reach out, let us know the type of document, how many signers there are, and the address where you would like to meet. That helps us plan the visit and arrive prepared, so the signing itself takes only a few minutes.
What to bring
A little preparation makes the appointment quick and smooth. Please have the following ready when we arrive:
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer (such as a driver license, state ID, or passport)
- Your documents, complete but unsigned. Please wait to sign until you are in front of the notary.
- All signers present at the appointment
If you are not sure whether your document is ready, call or text before the appointment and we can talk through what to expect.
FAQ
Do you travel?
Yes. We travel across the Las Vegas Valley, including 89130, 89108, North Las Vegas, and Summerlin.
Can you notarize same day?
Often, yes. Same-day appointments depend on our schedule, so call or text 586-306-0000 to check availability.
Can you give legal advice?
No. A notary cannot give legal advice, explain what a document means, or help you choose which form to use. For those questions, please talk to an attorney.
